The Hangover Clinic will be sending doctors to Sydney homes to help people get rid of their hangover by providing services like IV drips and vitamin infusions for a minimum of $140.
According to their website: “In as little as 30 minutes, we’ll have you off the couch feeling fresh and ready to tackle the day ahead – whether it’s going out with friends, a special family occasion, a busy schedule of meetings, or just simply so you can feel like the best version of yourself.”
They plan to expand nationally if the Sydney trial is successful.
Australian Drug Foundation CEO John Rogerson says the service is unethical and unnecessary. “Encouraging people to drink alcohol at these sorts of levels, they think they can get over the short term consequences of drinking too much.”
